About Working Well

Working Well provides a unique interactive human service for employees and employers impacted by mild to moderate depression, integrating peer and counselling support services.

We provide a peer support service through which employees, employers and people no longer employed as a result of economic, psychological or other circumstances can share stories and experiences. The service is facilitated by Peer Support Staff and Volunteers, ensuring clients are well supported and encourages participation within the peer support environment.

Working Well's Peer Support Service is specifically catered to people impacted by mild to moderate depression either directly or through a colleague, friend, carer or family member.  The Service is available to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over.  For Youth resources, please visit the depressionServices Youth Links page and for International resources, please visit the depressionServices International Links page.

The Working Well website and Peer Support Service incorporates information, ideas and advice on reducing stressors in the workplace so that the service is relevant not only to employees living with depression, but will provide ideas on improving and maintaining mental wellbeing in the workplace.
