Administrator’s Guide

Welcome to the Administrator’s Guide for Working Well, an online learning and support platform. This article includes information about logging in, confirming participation, and setting up new users. The information here has also been provided as a downloadable PDF guide with screenshots for reference.

Logging In

  1. Go to workingwell.org.au/wp-admin/
  2. Enter your Username or Email Address and Password

Hint: Unless you’ve changed it, your password is your full name (Title Case, no spaces) followed by the last 2 digits of the year you started working with MIFWA
e.g. Jane Smith started in 2014 = JaneSmith14

Confirming Module Participants

  1. From the left sidebar, select ‘Modules’
  2. Click on a Module name to enter
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the section called ‘Module commenters’. Here you will find the full names and emails of all staff that have completed the module by contributing to the discussion.

Note: Every 2 weeks an automatic email is sent with an update of participants for each module. The instructions on this page are for manually checking at any other time.

Caution: You should not edit any elements of a module. Changes can result in issues to the front-end content and may not be reversible.

User Profiles

  1. From the left sidebar, select ‘Users’
  2. Click on a User’s name to edit
  3. Select the ‘Add New’ button to create a new User

Creating a New User

  1. Create the New Username
    Hint: This is just their full name in Title Case e.g. Jane Smith
  2. Enter the User’s Email, First Name and Last Name
  3. Click “Show Password” and set a new password using this formula:
    full name (Title Case, no spaces) followed by the last 2 digits of the year they started working with MIFWA
    e.g. Jane Smith started in 2014 = JaneSmith14
  4. Select whether you want to send the new User an email notification about their account
  5. If the new user is MIFWA staff, assign the Role ‘Member’ If the new user needs Admin access, assign the Role ‘Administrator’
  6. Enter the User’s Position and Start Date with MIFWA
  7. To finish and save, click the blue ‘Add New User’ button
